Forged by the Sea is a separate concert band piece featured on this site BUT the ORIGINAL Forged by the Sea melody came from a brass quintet piece now arranged for trombone quintet! Its final form! A rousing fanfare starts this piece off, similar to the concert band version, and then it moves on to an exciting, swashbuckling adventure as the theme develops and bounces around the ensemble. Lots of blatty trombone action perfect for any trombone studio recital!
